Dear Colleagues:

 

Hereby, we are pleased to announce the 5th Joint Workshop on Organic Electronics of Highly-Correlated Molecular Systems to be held on September 28–30, 2016, in Novosibirsk Scientific Center (aka Academy Town), Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 630090 Novosibirsk, West Siberia, Russia.

 

Organizers:

Vorozhtsov Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences, with support from Russian Foundation for Basic Research, National Research University – Novosibirsk State University, and All-Russian Chemical Society named after D.I. Mendeleev.

 

Workshop venue:

September 28, Conference Hall, New Main Building, National Research University – Novosibirsk State University.

September 29, Conference Hall, Main Building, Vorozhtsov Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences.

September 30, Bus excursion through city of Novosibirsk – the third biggest city in Russia.

 

Registration:

Registration on the Workshop’s website is necessary for all attendees.

Registration deadline:

August 19, 2016.

 

Accommodation:

The Golden Valley Hotel and the University Guest House, both in walk distance to each other and to the venue, will be booked for registered attendees of the Workshop, according to their choices. To this end, scanned copies of first pages of passports are needed,* for Russian participants together with those featuring their registrations in their towns (propiska).

* According to Russian regulations, these copies are also needed to allow foreign attendees to enter both the University and the Institute.

Abstracts submission:

Publication of the Workshop’s Book of Abstracts is planned in the electronic format. The Book will be open for download on the Workshop’s website and remain available for a long time after the Workshop.

Travel suggestions:

Foreign attendees have to apply for touristic visas to enter Russia. In the absence of direct flights, those via Moscow Airports (for Japanese attendees, via Vladivostok, Russia, or Beijing, China, Airports as alternatives) are suggested with the final destination to be Tolmachevo Airport, Novosibirsk. Organized groups of attendees will be met at the Tolmachevo Airport and delivered to their accommodations in Academy Town.

For Russian attendees, intercity trains or busses arriving to Novosibirsk Central Railway Station or Novosibirsk Bus Station, respectively, might be suitable. There is regular public transportation between both Stations and Academy Town with the final stop in Academy Town being in two steps to The Golden Valley Hotel and the University Guest House.
