Elena Bagryanskaya took part in a panel discussion on ecology at International Forum ATOMEXPO – 2024
On March 25-26, Sochi was held the XIII International Forum ATOMEXPO-2024, which is the largest exhibition and business platform for discussing topical issues of technological and innovative development.
The Forum brings together heads of government and business structures, large international companies, public organizations and specialized experts.
During the Forum, panel discussions were held on the following thematic tracks: "Energy", "Industry", "Education", "Science", "Ecology", "Healthcare" and others.
The panel discussion on ecology "Progressive environmental technologies as a global trend in business and government development" was attended by Russian experts, as well as participants from Belarus, Brazil, China, India, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and UAE.
During the Forum, together with Rosprirodnadzor, a technological consultation was held on the realization of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants and the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal. Elena Bagryanskaya presented her report as the head of the Regional Center for the Stockholm Convention.
